Processing Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Personalized or custom-made items may require longer preparation times; in such cases, customers will be informed by email.

Shipping Carriers

We ship with reliable carriers such as UPS, DHL, or Bartolini.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number to monitor your shipment.

Estimated Delivery Times

  • Italy: 1–2 business days

  • European Union: 2–3 business days

  • United States: 2–3 business days

The delivery times indicated above are estimates and are not guaranteed. Any delays caused by the carrier or by force majeure are beyond our control and cannot be attributed to us.

Example for Italy: order placed on Tuesday, processed on Wednesday, shipped on Thursday. Estimated delivery on Friday or the following Monday.

International Shipping

Shipments outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, local taxes, and import fees.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the shipping costs displayed at checkout.

Failed Delivery

In the event of a failed delivery due to an incorrect address or the recipient's absence, the package will be returned to the sender.
Any costs associated with reshipping the order will be charged to the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package does not arrive or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date by writing to info@natasciamaiorano.com.
We will do our best to resolve the issue with the carrier and offer a refund or replacement, subject to availability.
