Shipping policy
Standard shipping within Italy takes 1 business day from the moment the purchase is confirmed..
I ship via SDA courier.
- Standard delivery times are 24 to 48 hours starting from the day after purchase confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Return shipping costs are at your expense.
Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on the destination. Orders are shipped via DHL or UPS express courier.

RETURNS
If you need to return or exchange your order for any reason, we're here to help! Returns must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. You can return the item in exchange for a store credit, a different product, or a refund to your original payment method.
Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:
- Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged
- Returned items must be sent in their original packaging
- Returned items must show no visible signs of wear or use
To request a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Send an email at info@labizarrepoque.com and include your name and order number / description of the item you wish to return
- Wait for a reply with instructions on how to proceed
- Ship the product in secure packaging

- The refund will be issued once the item has been received
