Your satisfaction is essential to us: every Natascia Maiorano piece of jewelry is thoughtfully designed and handcrafted with care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.

✨ Right of Withdrawal

You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order without providing any explanation.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online withdrawal form, available at this link. Alternatively, you can request a return by writing to info@natasciamaiorano.com, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.

📦 Return Conditions

  • Jewelry items must be returned in perfect condition, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns of personalized or custom-made items, except in cases of defects or manufacturing errors.

  • Returns of products that are damaged or missing original parts will not be accepted.

📨 Procedure

  2. You will receive all the necessary instructions to proceed.

  3. Send the package within 14 days of receiving our confirmation.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.

💳 Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned jewelry, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.

🌹 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or different from the one ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In these cases, all shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
