🔄 Returns & Refunds

Your satisfaction is essential to us: every Natascia Maiorano piece of jewellery is designed and handcrafted with care. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund according to the terms outlined below.


✨ Right of Withdrawal

You have up to 14 days from delivery to change your mind and return your order without providing any reason.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you may use our online withdrawal form available at this link. Customers who placed their order using only a phone number can instead use the link provided in the order confirmation SMS. Alternatively, you may request a return by writing to info@natasciamaiorano.com, indicating your order number and the items you wish to return.


📦 Return Conditions

  • Jewellery items must be returned intact, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • We cannot accept returns of personalised or custom-made items, except in cases of defects or manufacturing errors.

  • Returns of products that are damaged or missing original components will not be accepted.


📨 Procedure

  1. Within 14 days of receiving your order, notify us of your intention to withdraw from the contract by using the online withdrawal form available at the dedicated link. If you placed your order using only a phone number, you can access the form through the link included in your order confirmation SMS.

  2. As an alternative to the online form, you may submit a return request by emailing info@natasciamaiorano.com, stating your order number and the items you wish to return.

  3. Once you have submitted your withdrawal request, please follow the instructions provided for returning the products.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective items or shipping errors.


💳 Refunds

Once the returned jewellery has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 14 business days.
The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.


🌹 Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective or different from the one ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
In such cases, all shipping costs will be covered by us, and we will replace or refund the item as quickly as possible.
